Usually your e-mail will be answered within 24/48 hours. E-mails received after 17:00 GMT +1 on Friday will generally be answered the following Monday.

We kindly advise you to view our FAQ before sending us e-mails. We reserve the right to ignore your e-mails and refuse to send a response if questions that are asked have been answered in our FAQ. If you have viewed our FAQ and you still can’t find an answer to your problem please contact us for further support.

It is also of the essence to know that your e-mails will be answered more promptly granted all the necessary information has been given. In order to fully assist you we need to always know the following:

• Username
• Card ID
• Client type (PC / Mobile dialer)
• Have you tried to call our Audiotest? Yes / No
• What destination you are calling (exact telephone numbers)
• A description of your problem in as much detail as possible (please consider thinking of copying exact error messages, specific calling problems to certain numbers, etc.)

If all of the above has been provided you can expect a much clearer (and better) answer. We hope you enjoy using our services.
