If you're facing problems using FastVoip and you've installed AVG Firewall, please change the following settings:- Open AVG
- Select 'Firewall settings' from the 'Tools' menu
- Look for FastVoip in the list of applications
- Click 'Edit'. If FastVoip isn't in the list click 'Add' FastVoip
- Ensure that the 'Application action' is set to 'Allow for all'
- Click 'OK'
