AVG

If you're facing problems using FastVoip and you've installed AVG Firewall, please change the following settings:
  1. Open AVG
  2. Select 'Firewall settings' from the 'Tools' menu
  3. Look for FastVoip in the list of applications
  4. Click 'Edit'. If FastVoip isn't in the list click 'Add' FastVoip
  5. Ensure that the 'Application action' is set to 'Allow for all'
  6. Click 'OK'
