1. Open Avira
2. Go to Extras - Configuration, in the menu bar
3. Click on the plus sign next to Firewall
4. Click on Application rules
5. Find 'FastVoip' in the 'Application Rule' column
6. Change the action into 'Allow'
7. Click Apply and then OK
