Login error: Connection to registration server failed

You're trying to login, but our registration server can't be reached. This problem can be caused by:

• Your Internet provider is blocking VoIP traffic
• Another SIP-client make already use of port 5060
• Your router make already use of port 5060, or blocks it

If your internet provider blocks VoIP you can download Hotspotshield. Hotspotshield creates a VPN Tunnel so your provider isn't able to monitor your internet connection. Please be aware it may affects your call quality.

If another SIP-client use port 5060 already, close this client and try again. You can also change port 5060 to another port through Settings -> Connection

If your router use port 5060 already, or blocks it you can try to use another port through Settings -> Connection

Connection

• I cannot make an off-net call
• Login error: Account not validated (check your email)
• Login error: Connection to registration server failed
• Login error: Could not contact profile server
• Login error: Incorrect Username or Password
• Call disconnects after 19 seconds
