Login error: Could not contact profile server
You're trying to login, but our profile server can't be reached. This problem can be caused by:
- You've not active internet connection
- Your firewall is blocking FastVoip
- You're using a proxy server
If your firewall is blocking FastVoip please unblock FastVoip. In this FAQ you'll find extended walkthroughs, if your firewall isn't listed and you need support, please contact us.
If your using a proxy please provide the proxy settings through Settings -> Connection
