I cannot make an off-net call

When you have downloaded the Fastvoip client, you are able to make a free audio test.

When the audio test does not succeed, please try (one of the) the next steps:

1. Please check your firewall whether your firewall blocks Fastvoip (in- and outgoing). You can look at your firewall settings and for example, shut your firewall. Restart Fastvoip and try to make an audio test.
2. Please make sure your credit is more than 1 Euro.
3. Please close all programs which use your internet connection like download programs (Bearshare, Limewire, Bittorrent, µTorrent), messengers (MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger), etc. Restart Fastvoip and try to make an audio test.
4. In the menu of the Fastvoip client you will find under menu “Tools” the submenu “Options”. Open “Options” and below you will see “Use ICE + STUN”. Standard, the first time you dowload the Fastvoip client will be downloaded, this option “ON”. Please clich this option “OFF”. Restart Fastvoip and try to make an audio test.

• Login error: Account not validated (check your email)
• Login error: Connection to registration server failed
• Login error: Could not contact profile server
• Login error: Incorrect Username or Password
• Call disconnects after 19 seconds
